Give your agent a name and an avatar. Visitors see them on the agent’s first message. The name is separate from your organisation’s name, and shows as “Agent name from Organisation name”. You can also change the placeholder text in the box where visitors type. Use{agent_name} to insert your agent’s name, or leave it empty to use the standard wording.
On Pro and above you can turn on Hide Lark branding to remove the “Powered by Lark” footer.
