Connect
- Open Integrations and click Connect on Zendesk.
- Enter your Zendesk subdomain (the first part of
yourcompany.zendesk.com). - Sign in to Zendesk in the window that opens and approve access.
- Back in Lark, click Validate connection.
Settings
- Create tickets: turn on to create a ticket for each lead.
- Ticket tag: the tag added to every ticket Lark creates. The default is
lark.
