Connect

  1. Open Integrations and click Connect on Brevo.
  2. Enter your Brevo API key on the secure page that opens.
  3. Back in Lark, click Validate connection.

Settings

  • Contact list: the Brevo list new contacts are added to.
Use Send a test contact to check it works, then Save settings.

Who is added

Only visitors who agreed to receive emails when the agent asked. Their consent wording, answer and time are recorded with the lead.
