Open the menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Billing and usage to see your plan, usage and invoices. Choose Plans from the same menu to compare plans and their limits.

Changing plans

Pick a plan on the Plans page. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling

Use Cancel plan on the Billing and usage page. Your plan ends at the end of the billing period, and you can use Resume plan before then. After it ends, your agent stops working on your sites after a short grace period, and nothing is deleted.

Failed payments

If a payment fails you have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method. After that your account is paused and the agent shows “This agent isn’t available right now”. Update your payment method and everything comes back once the payment goes through.

Refunds

Payments are not refundable. The 14-day free trial is there so you can try Lark, including on your own site, before you pay. You can cancel at any time. Your plan then runs to the end of the billing period you already paid for and you are not charged again. See the Terms of Service.
