Connect

  1. Open Integrations and click Connect on Mailchimp.
  2. Sign in to Mailchimp in the window that opens and approve access.
  3. Back in Lark, click Validate connection.

Settings

  • Audience: the Mailchimp audience new contacts are added to.
  • Double opt-in: when on, Mailchimp sends a confirmation email before adding the contact.
Use Send a test contact to check it works, then Save settings.

Who is added

Only visitors who agreed to receive emails when the agent asked. Their consent wording, answer and time are recorded with the lead.
