Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. You can build your agent, add knowledge and put it on your own website, no plan required. To use agent in live site, you can upgrade to any of the paid plans. The trial is for you to see how agent works for your site, trial plan includes:
  • 15 conversations across the 14-day trial period
  • 15 messages per conversation
  • 3 knowledge files, up to 2 MB each, with a 1 million character total limit
  • All features unlocked for building: chat, estimate builder and integrations (integrations send test only — no live sync)
  • Live embedding on your own site from day one
  • Conversation history kept for 14 days
  • “Powered by Lark” badge shown; branding cannot be removed on trial
When you hit the conversation or message limit, the agent shows a friendly fallback message. There is no overage and no charge. If you have not chosen a plan when the 14 days end, your account is paused and your agent goes offline. Your work is kept, and everything comes back when you choose a plan. Trials cannot be extended. Upgrading to a paid plan removes all trial limits instantly.

Enterprise

How billing and usage limits work

  • Yearly billing gives you two months free ($290 per year for Starter, $790 per year for Pro).
  • Your conversation allowance resets each calendar month and does not roll over.
  • When you reach your allowance the agent asks visitors to leave their email so you can reply, nothing else is charged. We don’t charge overage billing. If you would like to buy extra usage limits, send us an email.
  • Upgrades apply immediately with proration. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, so you can continue using the product until your next billing date.
