# My agent is giving wrong answers

> How to improve answers by fixing what your agent knows.

Your agent answers from your knowledge base, so wrong answers almost always come from what is in it.

* **Check your sources:** open **Knowledge** and look for outdated or missing content. Edit or replace it.
* **Check needs review:** sources with very little text are held in "needs review" and are not used until you approve them.
* **Add what is missing:** if visitors ask something you have not covered, add it as pasted text, a file or a page from your website.
* **Test it:** use Try agent in your dashboard to ask the question yourself after each change.

Prices in estimates are never written by the AI. If a price looks wrong, check the pricing rules in the [Estimate builder](/addons/estimate-builder).
