# Leads are not showing up

> Where to look when you expect a lead and cannot find it.

* **Dashboard filter:** leads appear on your Dashboard. Clear the search box and set the status filter to all.
* **Quarantined:** throwaway email addresses and repeat submissions are saved as Quarantined. They are visible but never synced or emailed.
* **Not a lead yet:** the agent only takes contact details when a visitor shares them in the chat.
* **Not reaching your tool:** open the lead to see its sync status for each connected tool. Retry a failed one. Mailing lists only receive visitors who agreed to emails.
* **Agent not live:** check the agent is [appearing on your site](/troubleshooting/agent-not-appearing).
