# Terms of Service

> The terms that govern your use of Lark.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lark, operated by Sundeck Studio FZE LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. The Service

Lark provides an embeddable AI agent platform that allows businesses to deploy AI-powered chat on their websites. The Service includes an agent builder, knowledge base, estimate module, lead capture, and integrations.

Lark is sold to businesses and is for business use only. It is not offered to consumers.

## Free trial

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. During the trial you can build your agent, add knowledge and test it on your own website for up to 20 live conversations. After that you need a paid plan. If you have no plan when the trial ends, your account is paused. Your work is not deleted.

## Refunds

To the extent permitted by law, payments are not refundable. The 14-day free trial is there so you can try Lark before you pay. You can cancel at any time, and your plan then ends at the end of the billing period.

## 2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

## 3. AI features

Lark uses AI models to answer questions, write replies and prepare estimates. Please read the following before you put your agent in front of your visitors.

**Outputs can be wrong.** AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or unique, and similar output may be produced for other customers. It is provided "as is". Estimates are indications based on the pricing rules you set up. They are not quotes and do not bind you or us unless you choose to make them binding.

**You are responsible for your agent.** You decide what knowledge your agent uses and what it says to your visitors. Review its answers, test it before you publish it, and keep your knowledge and pricing rules up to date. Do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial advice or for decisions that could seriously affect a person's rights or safety. Lark is not designed for high-risk uses of that kind.

**Who owns what.** As between you and us, you own the content you provide, including your knowledge sources, and the output your agent generates for you, to the extent the law allows. We and our licensors own the Lark platform and the underlying technology. Because AI output may be similar for different customers, your rights in it may not be enforceable against others.

**Third-party AI providers.** To run the agent we send the relevant content to the AI service providers listed in our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy-policy) and [DPA](/legal/dpa).
