# Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

> Data Processing Agreement between Sundeck Studio FZE LLC and users of Lark.

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Lark Terms of Service between **Sundeck Studio FZE LLC** ("Processor", "we", "us") and the customer entity that has agreed to those terms ("Controller", "you").

Where you process personal data of your end users or leads through Lark, this DPA governs how we handle that data on your behalf.

## Sub-processors

We use these sub-processors to run Lark: Anthropic, Voyage, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend, Composio and Upstash. Personal data we pass to a sub-processor is governed by that sub-processor's own agreements, and our responsibility for it ends at transmission under standard contractual clauses.

Integrations or tools you connect yourself (such as but not limited to: Salesforce, Zendesk, Brevo and Mailchimp) are not our sub-processors. Data sent to them is your data and Lark acts as a conduit.

## 1. Definitions

**Personal Data** means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person processed through the Service.
