# Integrations overview

> Connect Lark to the tools you already use so leads flow in automatically.

Open **Integrations** under Connect in your dashboard. Each tool has a card where you connect it, adjust its settings and check its status.

## Available tools

| Tool | What it does | Plan |
| - | - | - |
| [Brevo](/integrations/brevo) | Adds contacts who agreed to hear from you to a list | Starter and above |
| [Mailchimp](/integrations/mailchimp) | Adds contacts who agreed to hear from you to an audience | Starter and above |
| [Zendesk](/integrations/zendesk) | Creates support tickets from conversations | Pro and above |
| [Salesforce](/integrations/salesforce) | Creates or updates Leads | Pro and above |
| HubSpot | Creates or updates contacts | Pro and above |
| Cal.com | Connect and validate only for now | Starter and above |

## Connecting a tool

Click **Connect** on the tool's card. Most tools open a sign-in window where you approve access. Brevo asks for an API key on a secure page. If you are setting Lark up for a client, choose **Send this link to my client** so they can approve access themselves.

A connection is always in one of four states: Not connected, Waiting for approval, Connected or Needs attention. If a tool shows Needs attention, use **Reconnect**.

After connecting, use **Validate connection** to check it works, then adjust the tool's settings and click **Save settings**. Use **Send a test contact** to confirm a contact arrives. **Disconnect** removes the connection.

## Consent

Mailing list tools (Brevo and Mailchimp) only receive visitors who said yes when the agent asked if they would like to receive emails. Other leads stay in your dashboard.

## How syncing works

Leads sync in the background. Each lead in your dashboard shows whether it was sent, is still sending or failed, and you can retry a failed one.
