# Mailchimp

> Add leads who agreed to hear from you to a Mailchimp audience.

Available on Starter and above.

## Connect

1. Open **Integrations** and click **Connect** on Mailchimp.
2. Sign in to Mailchimp in the window that opens and approve access.
3. Back in Lark, click **Validate connection**.

## Settings

* **Audience:** the Mailchimp audience new contacts are added to.
* **Double opt-in:** when on, Mailchimp sends a confirmation email before adding the contact.

Use **Send a test contact** to check it works, then **Save settings**.

## Who is added

Only visitors who agreed to receive emails when the agent asked. Their consent wording, answer and time are recorded with the lead.
