# Understanding your analytics

> How each component of your Lark analytics works and what it's telling you.

Lark's analytics dashboard gives you a real-time view of how visitors are interacting with your agent. Each section below explains how a specific component works.

## Top Questions

Pulls from stored visitor chat messages. Any question asked more than once within the selected date range (7 or 30 days) appears here, ranked by how many times it was asked. Matching is case-insensitive and ignores leading/trailing punctuation, so "What are your prices?" and "what are your prices" count as the same question.

Shows the top 10. Questions asked only once are excluded, same threshold as Knowledge Gaps.
